well im down to 126.8 i feel good about it so i only need to lose 1.8 pounds im off today so its harder to control i like the new way im doing the watching the calories and i know the hour of exercise is working GOOD JOB DENISE
124.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
