Ran this morning to second turn off down the street. It's going to take awhile to get into running for me. Maybe I should bring the dog with me to help him lose his "winter weight" as we'll. LOL.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
