I don't get it, 1800 calories a day (my breaking point is supposed to be 2500) and I gain a kilo. But I lost 8 kilo really fast in the weeks before, so maybe there's some balancing or somesuch...
260.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

Don't worry I have days like that too. My arthritis causes me swelling ankles, hands knees. I just know in my head that I'm trying and being vigilant. Don't give up

try eating more protein and less fat and carbs
