lost track yesterday with baking no apples not even for lunch no applesauce used butter with really brings the calorie count up i screwed up the entry here muffin is granola and granola is muffin
124.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
