not sticking to diet. :-(
166.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I Have never stuck to any diet, but I am now doing the Shred Revolutionary Diet and I love it. You eat every 1 1/2 hours and stay under 1600 calories a day. You might like it... Good Luck
