workedout with walkout and weights ate at the cheesecake factory way too much money and way to many calories but the company was worth it got the ab work out will do it tonite before i crawl into bed
124.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
