I'm having a rough time tonight. I want ice cream. Like pathetically bad. I'm 200 cals over the limit today ... not that I'm super strict right now...but still... even reduced calorie ice cream..
.I know I'll eat the pint. And that's like 310 calories.
Drinking water isnt helping.
I guess I can eat a stupid carrot
But if I'm gonna go over calories it should be something filling and not terrible for me.
Think .... I'll have an egg with that carrot.

Try Greek yogurt with honey and fruit, it helps me when I crave ice cream.

I ended up with some ham wrapped around a cheese stick, a carrot and a grapefruit..... definitely not ice cream... but probably better in the long run...I'm terrible with sugar. I've quit everything else... but sugar is hard to get a handle on.

Try Outshine creamy mango fruit bars. 90 calories and tasty. They also make lots of other flavors that range from 35 to 70 calories each.
