I really need to find a way to curb my wanting to eat. My problem is I want to eat when I am not even hungry. I get done eating a meal and I want to eat more just to eat, not because I am still hungry. I hate feeling like this. I hate that food has such a strong hold on my brain. I hate being so restrictive but I have to get this weight off. I can't stay fat forever. I miss the skinny me. I miss feeling comfortable in my own skin. My weight is coming off slowly, very slowly. I wish I could figure out a way to get it to drop faster. I have been doing some sort of exercise everyday. Today I walked 2 miles. I plan on walking tomorrow if it isn't raining. If it is raining I will probably use my wii fit plus.
