1 pound in 4 days... not too bad. Exercising is not to much or a problem, I could probably be doing a bit more. Snacking is easy to avoi, I just don't keep too many snacks around. Those that I do have are either healthy or require some effort to make, so I really have to want one. I need to give up (or at least cut back on) beer and alcohol. My goal for this week, less beer.
