Trying to eat clean - can't stick to as low of a calorie diet as I'd like but I am eating much healthier these last few days and drinking more water. Trying to get back on the wagon - need to stop drinking as it's really killing my total calories.

P90X begins Monday.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
