Just a quick entry to say I'm still here. Like so many of us, I've just been really busy with outdoor projects while the weather's fantastic for it.
I've also been battling a super-slow computer response time, so it's just not worth it to sit and wait and wait and wait for even the simplest things to come up. It SEEMS to be better for now, but we'll have to wait and see. Hope to catch up in the next couple days.

Hi Sandy! I'm in the same boat as far as time constraints go. We're short-staffed at work and as a result I've been working extra shifts. I don't think they're planning on hiring anyone else so it looks like this is the way it's going to stay, at least in the foreseeable future. Sorry to hear about your slow computer, that's SO annoying! I'm impatient with technology at the best of times, so a slow computer drives me mad, lol. Hope you're having a great day!

Thanks Carol. I think the slowness was due to my service provider, although one never seems to know for sure. I do know that on the day it was the worst, I saw a news item that CenturyLink was having major service outages throughout the country. CL is NOt my provider, but I wonder if some of the same issue might have affected mine???? Not tech-savvy enough to know. Have a good one!

Now that the weather is so much nicer..its hard to stay inside..I can understand you being out and getting your projects going...I have noticed that the net being slower too..on just about every thing..Have a great evening and catch you when your on...:O)

Bren, it really IS nice working outside....it's just that I can get tired before all the work is done! Last night (6-7:30), I did a bit of work outside and saw all sorts of people I usually don't see...I'm usually out walking in the AM and maybe doing work outside in the afternoon, but by 3 or 4, I'm done. I never get to see those who are out and about after dinner....but last night I did. :)
