So far so good--I am going to phase 2 and then into intro. I find that I don't get the "withdraws" as bad and since I plan on this being a life change it doesn't bother me that I won't lose the 12 pounds the first week. I will feel comfortable with a modest 1 pound lose. I know the first few pounds come off easier than the last few pounds. I went out for breakfast with my husband. I was really good (eggs, sausage, coffee) but he wanted me to eat a bite of his toast??? What was that about???He is not this way---why now?? Maybe he was just testing my will power. I will make it NMW!
