So its has been 2 weeks since I started this program. The first week it felt like I was losing weight and I was watching my food intake. The second was harder because I did not have the foods needed. I will have money to replenish my groceries so hopefully this goes better for me, but I do know that I am more aware of the foods being taken into my system.
