October 18
Did a little bit of damage last night. 2 peanut butter sandwiches on wheat bread. I was so tired and hungry!! i did get my AM session of cardio so atleast I did MOVE some. Woke up this AM and still stuck on 138. Alarm went off for AM cardio and I slept and slept. PM cardio is a MUST. Hopefully this is the hardest part. Packed my eggs and chicken and veggies for lunch and breakfast.

Just do it ! (the exercise that is!) :) Great job packing the lunch ! That makes it so much easier to stick with the plan!

I'm weakest at night too. If I don't have a plan, then I just go a little crazy trying to eat some of everything. I do better when I just refuse to bend a little, because if I allow myself a treat, then I waaaay overdo it. I miss starch most of all. Love all of that stuff. I've been reading the recipes though and I'm encouraged by how good they look.
