Just got back from my workout. It was ok, not great, but hey atleast I didnt just stay at home on the couch! It can be really hard to push myself they way I need to when I am by myself! I dont have a workout partner and dont really know anyone in the area to ask. O well. I know I can do this!!!

You know what's strange...for me at least, if I make it to the gym when it's late and there's no one there, I tend to just sluff off and not really push myself...but if there's other people around I'll get a good workout in. Isn't it strange how people can motivate us to push ourselves even by just being present? Good job on getting to the gym!!

Yeah I agree, but unfortuantly I cant get there when there are many people there. I am proud that I atleast went and did something though! better than I was doing, thanks!!
