Still not losing much weight, but feel my body getting firmer and finding I am not so exhausted after exercise. Been going to the Gym at least 4 times a week, and trying to do some walking or jogging on other days.

LOVING my conditioning class. Each time we work on muscle groups, abs, thighs, arms. Not so much that I get extremely sore, but enough that I can feel it.

Really want to get my girls to come with me, but so far I haven't talked them into it. They are awfully busy being teenagers and studying for exams ... but soon at least the exams will be over. :)
