First pork chops in the air fryer. No breading, just spices. Gotta say, I’ll be doing more of these, they were so easy and cooked in 16 minutes. I eat too much chicken anyways. Good to switch it up.

I am using the air fryer lid attachment for my Instant Pot. Quality is good. It's enough for my minor excursions into air frying, but if I were starting from scratch, I would likely buy the Instant Pot Duo which is a combo pack. I will probably be buying an extra pot insert because I have to time cooking chicken and yogurt along with other things. We'll see. It does fit into the cabinets nicely coming apart the way it does.
