Hi everyone!
I am hoping you can give me some suggestions for dinner. I live alone, therefore I dont have to cook for others, and am seeking something filling for dinner, of course with low points! Any and all suggestions are welcome!

I like a nice, big salad for dinner sometimes, topped with protein. You can cook up several servings of chicken or fish to have on hand, and just toss it in as needed. (I'm a vegetarian, so I use tofu). I just use a tasty balsamic vinegar and some parmesan cheese to top it, instead of a heavy dressing.

I like to cook in bulk - makes things easier. Cook 2 packages of thin chicken breasts, and have some spinach, broccoli or salad on the side. Take a look in the Kitchen section on the top of the page, you'll find some great stuff there!!
