I have not had that brand but I use the konjac noodles pretty regularly. They are not like pasta... but I have come to appreciate them. I rinse them under cold water for quite a bit and then boil them on low temp for a bit (I think that is what they do with them in Japan). I like them in stirfries and soups. Let us know how it goes

Update : forkful 1 I tried to convince myself it wasn’t that bad. Forkful 2 came back up. I do NOT recommend.

I like them!! I’ve tried a couple diff brand and they’re all pretty similar. I find that they really take on the taste of the sauce so as long as I like the sauce/meat/veggies with it, I find it’s a nice pasta sub without eating pasta !

I like it. Any meat, chicken or fish, or veggie and any sauce, feel like eating pasta. Also to skip on cheese, I put nutrition yeast, taste like cheese for me

Konjac noodles are tasty as noodles, high fiber and low calorie. However there have been some instances where the gum up the digestive system because of their sticky fibrous nature, so maybe just a sometimes food!
