been very emotional which only goes one way with me very sore stomach. only had arpund 650 cals with food. so i face food or just write today off and hope its better tomorrow. i will take meds bug they stop digestion to protect stomach and leave me bloated and full of water. kids need feeding thinking mcds for them and not sure if to get low cal option or just drink water and wait till tomorrow
