indian veg diet plan

morning 8a.m - green tea with honey.

breakfast 10 a.m- oats with milk(double tonned)

12 p.m - fruits or juices lowfat ( water-melon, orange, apple etc not bananas)

lunch 2p.m- any vegetable dish , dal or lentils or beans , two chapatis(with wheat bran),curd . may include boiled rice and cut one chapati.

5 p.m sprouts or tofu .. or any light snack high in protein content and less fat

8 p.m dinner- one chapati and vegetables and salad 0r boiled vegetables.
