169 169 169...I would be happy with 169 next week!!! Just when I am about to cross a threshold, I blow it. Anyone else experience that?! Very frustrating. I just need to buckle down and get over the hump...I think once I do that, it should be smooth sailing. I have come quite a ways in the past few months so I would have thought it would be easy to drop these last few pounds. Much harder than anticipated. I just have to suck it up and quit making excuses...
