I've been trying intermittent fasting for a week now with a 18:6 ratio. I've had to end up eating later a couple times and end up only getting 1 meal in. I dont really want to widen my window because I dont have a hard time getting to 3 and I like being able to have something while relaxing later in the evening am until 9. But life has been getting in the way and I dont end up wating till closer to 7 and then I'm not hungry afterwards. I'm worried I'm not getting enough nutrients. I want to lose weight but I dont want to hurt my body in the long run. Any advice?

Have you tried setting a couple daily alarms to remind you to eat? I also find if you’re food is already prepped from the night before, it’s a lot easier to stick to a routine plus you can portion your nutrients accordingly for meals and snacks. I’ve been eating between “noon-8pm” since I can remember and have my coffee in the morning. Hope this helps and wishing your continued success on this journey. We only have one body so might as well love, take care of it the best we can and appreciate the many life experiences we have.

Depending on your taste.. Have you tried making ice cream from bananas (single ingredient banana ice cream) or snacking on skinny pop popcorn? If you fill up on a (fat free Water and fruit) smoothie for breakfast and lunch you can use all of your daily calories for dinner and a snack? What’s your opinion?

Or if intermittent fasting works for you maybe try dry fasting once a week?
