Back up a pound, as I figured I would be. : / Last week I hovered between 143 and 141. This week I floated around 140. So I guess I'm making progress, it's just very slow progress. I've gotten used to eating this way but I really miss pizza and pancakes. Also haven't been to CrossFit in 3 days and did not wake up early enough for the Saturday classes. Oh well. I can do my sit ups today and go for a run tomorrow.
