well this sucks work hard for three week and eight are gone.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 August 2010:
1447 kcal Fat: 65.49g | Prot: 83.60g | Carb: 138.82g.   Breakfast: hazelnut coffeemate coffee creamer,  chobani greek yogurt. Lunch: shredded cheddar, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), taco shell, Tortilla Chips (White Corn). Dinner: Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, broccoli, onion, Butternut Winter Squash, apple. more...

hmmm...you've been faithful to working out and eating right...that is as much an accomplishment as losing weight...that will happen along the way...you're in this to lower cholesterol...be patient!
