So after three weeks I am down 9lbs! Yea go me go me ! lol I feel better than I have in years and I cannot believe the amount of pride I have in myself! I feel like for the first time in my dieting life I am making a change! I will always have cravings and I am sure I will indulge from time to time but I know my I am learning and training to live a healthier lifestyle!
