Oh, wow, I thought my goal was to lose 125 pounds (been awhile since I figured that number LOL!) and I just saw on here that I need to lose 139 pounds OUCH! that's even more discouraging. Oh well, the truth hurts sometimes.

Don't be discouraged! And when you get closer to that number you'll realize it may be less, it may be slightly more. You have to decide what you're comfortable with. My "ideal" weight for my height and build is supposed to be 130 lbs. I REALLY don't want to be that small! I'm probably going to be comfortable at about 160 or 150. And I don't want to live my life struggling just to keep at that weight. My mom and my grandmother both have low "ideal weights" - around 130. But both can easily maintain above that, and that's what they are happy with. We shouldn't let someone else dictate how we are happy with ourselves. It's up to you T!
