Day 52. Halfway to my goal weight. I need to up my exercise but it's so hard when my schedule is crazy busy. Every pound is a battle. Keep on keepin on.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
