Birthday survived. After mildly dreading today's lack of food control, I am very proud of myself. Walked for the longest in one stretch that I have done in a couple of years i think (36minutes...about 1.75miles). Controlled my portions very well at my in-laws for supper and dessert and don't feel deprived.

Slowly learning that being "not hungry" is normal. Do not have to feel "full" or "stuffed". This concept is going to to be hard to accept, but is my goal for this month. That and not eating unless I am hungry. I had habits of eating when I'm bored, or just because I am sitting in front of tv or at the table reading, or heck just because my jaws should be moving at all times. But no more!
