Week 1 of my Weight watchers went great. Down 4 pounds at weigh in starting week 2.

I am realizing that I love a lot of healthy foods. I had just gotten lazy at cooking and shopping and had taken the easy "convenience" way out way too much over the last few years.

Still struggling with how to wrap my mind around that this is my new lifestyle, not a diet. I know I am saying it right now...and I mean it right now....but I also can remember hearing those words coming out of my face a few years back when I had lost weight and now I am at my heaviest ever and losing again.

I want this to be forever....and I am scared. So, taking one day at a time and I will lose this weight and I WILL keep this weight off. For myself. Because (thank you Loreal commercials) I am worth it.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
