Day 4:
And doing good. Even though I had to do my exercise last night late, I still woke up this morning. I was sore, but I got my body out of bed and going. 4 miles this morning. I am becoming obsessed with fitness. Feels Good!

Blood Sugar 11:38 am : 144 (this is much better than lately... and it is after breakfast!)

Food

Br Biscuits and Gravy (2)
L Carrots
L Nuts and Seeds Mix (extra almonds)
S 2 SF Cookies
S Mini Blueberry Muffin
S Pringles Chips
D Raspberry/Feta/apple/baconbits/craisins spinach salad (YUMMMY!)
S SF Pudding w/Strawberries and Bananas sliced in it.


Exercise

run/walk 4 miles in 63 minutes
