Okay...Pity party is over. Today is day three and felt pretty horrible last night. Was tired, had a headache and had trouble concentrating. All of which I expected, but somehow always seem to forget about when I start. Biggest thing for me to remember is to make sure I have low-carb options around for those times I don't plan. On Friday I planned ahead and made a White Castle Pie, cut into 8 servings, and cut two green peppers in half to make stuffed peppers. That and a bunch of eggs have got me through the first couple of days. I was looking at old food logs and it surprises me how many calories I typically eat on day one, getting rid of the carb addiction.
