Monday, today is my day to step it up, along with my normal daily work-out I'm adding a medium to heavy dose of running to get my self ready for the 4 mile zoo run on the 18th and I'm adding back in all my work out supplements now that my body is used to working out hard again, which means a pre-workout drink, a post workout drink and a protein shake before bed..... Hope to see a drop in body fat and a boost in lean muscle the next couple of weeks.. Wish me luck

Hey Chris, sounds like a great plan. we are in this together, i am going to be running in the mornings and in the evenings, along with the regular resistant trainging to try and march over this plateau.
