Having a really hard time getting started. I've been very depressed about my daughter leaving for college and my weight gain which causes me to eat and gain more weight!!! HELP!!!

Well there is no room for depression here.... we want everyone to be happy... so cheer up and lets get on with the weight loss.... only sunshine and positivity ..... Hope this helps.... :-)
