I've noticed that a couple of days here and there I've been eating under 1200 without realizing it... When I see it, I go back and scrutinize my log to make sure I recorded everything I'd eaten/drank, but it's correct, portions and all. I know that under the healthy side, I have been told that anything under 1200 makes your body think it's starving. Trying to figure out how I manage to do that when other days it's hard to stay around 1200 :p

I think it may be on days that I work and go to school... I tend to eat less, but drink more water. That could be it.
