I really have to stop taking little breaks in this diet. I wanted to take a few days off for my birthday, but those few days turned into an entire month. Not good. It's just like Christmas all over again. I'm not going to let that happen again.

Also, I want to be sure to exercise more (or at all, really) from now on. I was losing weight before by just cutting about 200 extra calories, but I know by adding in the exercise, I can lose that weight much faster and in a far more healthy way.
