Ok, day 1 on the fat fast was rough, but by evening I felt much better about it, and today I've started strong with a 1.4lb weight loss. This has made the motivation much easier. I'm so excited to finally see real results again! Especially after discovering that I can make pizzas on parchment paper out of just cheese and pepperonis, which are so filling!
