First week!! Even though I only joined this site 4 days ago, I actually started my SlimFast diet one week ago today - and lost 3 pounds!! I have fought with my weight all my life and never thought a meal replacement diet would work for me - am I surprised!! I feel no hunger during the day at work, but I do find myself seriously fantasizing about my "real meal" when I get home from work. Wednesdays are my day off so I will head out for a one hour walk today.... Homemade low fat turkey chili for dinner tonight!!
