I enjoy eating less carbs and have done well considering I went on vacation and did great. Being prepared was key. But my weight is just stagnant. I have been walking and eating right mostly, probably could eat more veggies, but other then that I feel like I am doing well just can't get the stupid scale to agree with me. :)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
