Alright! SO at work again tonight and today has just been one of those days and if your a girl you will understand where im coming from. Its that 1st day of the worst time of month and of course we have to go threw all the crappy symptoms. So bloating definately came into play today! I remember standing in the hallway and looking at the mirror and saying "Dang it!" and my roommate was sitting on the coach looking at me funny and he says "what happened?" and i just looked at him and said "im bloating..(sigh)" and he just sits there and says this comment "yea me too(sarcasticly), can you pass the chips?" lol!! ooh my roommate. Hes a funny guy too. So anyway right now im at work with my problem and its almost time for my lunch. Im so excited that there was a challenge that was to bring your own lunch to work and eat what you bring and no junk food at work. Well i have been doing just that! I have been bring a sack lunch and i even put my name on it so that it looked exactly like grade school years. Man i loved those years, being a little kid ( im still one but i cant fit into small places like i use too ) Man the hiding spots i would find because of being so little haha!! Well i must leave this room, everyone is eating around me and im not suppose to eat until 1. So i will find something to occupy my time! :) Have a great day everyone! Thanks for reading!

Hey Beautiful :) Thanks for the buddy add also and the journal comment... sorry to hear today is one of THOSE days... that's no bueno... sounds like you're totally rockin' out you're challenge though... good for you ::high five::... I started bringing my lunch and little 100 calorie snacks to work awhile back also... I was taking way to much advantage over our snack machine... but now I save money and calories lol... well try to have a great rest of the day and keep up the great work :)

Bag lunches for the win! Do you guys draw little flowers and rainbows and stuff on it? I find it so much easier to stick to the plan if you bring the stuff with you. Less chance of impulse buying. My down fall used to be coffee and timbits (donut holes). mmmmmmmm timbits....
