It's Thursday day 4 of my 35 day goal to drop around 10-15 pounds, I haven't really worried about the scale yet. I have started cutting calories and worked out day 1 and day 2 but took day 3 off due to soreness (This body isn't what it used to be) but will be back at it tonight. I know alot of the soreness is from not using any workout supplements but still working out hard. I just wanted to jump start my muscle memory week 1 and not add supplements until week 2....
