I survived day one on my weight watchers plan . And it wasn't that bad . I stuck to my points and came up under the radar . I am really looking forward to the new lifestyle change . It feels good to be in control .

Make sure you eat all your daily points every day. Occasionally going under is no big deal, but some people think that eating less will make them lose more and that is not always the case. you can slow your metabolism. The flex points are optional, but many people lose more by eating some or all of them. As you lose, you will lose points, so eat them while you can. Drink you water. Get in your lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch the processed foods because of sodium and good luck!
