Man oh Man, this is tough!! But I am fighting through it...last week I did fairly well and lost more weight than I thought I would...I need to kick it up because I would like to get into the 160's next week! That is easy to say now, but when I am home at night and all those snacks are calling, I get weak! :-) And carrots make me gag!
