Well, today marks the beginning of my fourth month of Atkins. Here are my updated stats:

Induction (Month 1 of 6): 18.6 lb., 17.25"
Induction (Month 2 of 6): 18.5 lb., 13" (Total: 30.25")
Induction (Month 3 of 6): 9.1 lb., 1" (Total: 31.25")

I knew the weight loss would slow down, but the loss of only one inch for the whole month just tells me I need to get my ass (and other parts) back to the gym. I haven't been for exactly two weeks, and this is the price. Some measurements went up while others went down, so the good results were cancelled out.

I have three more months of Induction before I switch to Phase 2.

I'm also planning meals that I have "off" plan. Not entire DAYS off plan, just single meals. I have determined that there will be six meals (on six different days), and have already plotted them to match up with holidays/birthdays. One is on the 29th of this month, but I'm still going back and forth on the idea.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 August 2010:
2191 kcal Fat: 172.16g | Prot: 136.36g | Carb: 23.43g.   Breakfast: Fish Oil Softgels (1000 mg), Flax Seed Oil Softgels (1000 mg), iced tea, bacon, egg. Lunch: chopped turkey, chopped ham, T. MARZETTI fresh buttermilk ranch dressing, SARGENTO Mexican cheese blend, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: American Cheese, iced tea, Lettuce, ground beef 80% lean 20% fat. Snacks/Other: SARGENTO mexican cheese blend, egg, Mini Babybel Bonbel Cheese, Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), Macadamia Nuts, water. more...
