The walk/run workout started out sort of hard but as the week progressed it got easier and now I am enjoying it! Ready forr the next week and a new step in the challenge!!!
235.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
