I started out my weight loss journey at 233 lbs at the end of January 2013 which also was the heaviest I have ever been. I have already lost 18 lbs sense then putting me at a current weight of 215 (I'm up 2 lbs). I have mainly been walking 1 to 2 times on my treadmill at home for 30+ mins burning at least 250 calories and 80 fat calories each time. This time around it has been easier to work out. Though I'm still finding it hard to make the food adjustments. I'm hoping to get the whole family on board with a healthy life swap/change and that will make a difference on how things have been going for me.
I'm hoping to find some extra encouragement from this site!! It will be nice to see my progress though I do track everything I do on my own charts at home!
