Pease ignore this! Don't judge! Didn't eat a thing until 7pm and then it was whatever was in sight. Odviously not the smartest or healthiest choice. *hanging my head in shame* BUT I did do my workout!!!

Haha, no judging here, at least tou are being honest with yourself. Good to see you got your workout in..i was thinking about getting some kick boxing lessons in, do you work one on one with a trainer or where do you go to box?
