Wow, I just weighed myself this morning and I've lost weight again! I've been excercising regularly, watching what I eat and I feel a lot better than I have in over a year. I have a lot more stamina and energy. I think the excercising has helped a lot. I just received the DVD "The Firm" which I am going to start working with this week. My stomach is starting to go down a bit and my clothes feel a tiny bit looser. Hope everyone is doing well, keep up the good work!

Pretty soon you will start going through belts (make sure that when you buy new ones, the last hole in the belt is the one that fits, or else you'll end up going through a lot of belts). :d

Great job I feel sooo much better when I work out to even if I don't feel good I try to get up and walk at least. Keep up the good work
