Totally back on track and loving it! Just finished my water for the day :) Smoothies are my new favorite way of getting my fruits and veggies in. Well, maybe not new but I had been making small ones with dinner. The last couple of days I've had them for breakfast. What a great way to start the day! It's nice to know that I've got my minimums, I don't have to worry about forgetting. There have been more than a few nights of microwaving frozen veggies right before bed because I'd forgotten. lol. Really proud of myself that I've only slipped up once so far. Feeling healthy and happy :) Since I started focusing on the health aspect over calorie counting I've actually been a lot better calorie-wise too. I think I was stress eating and then stressing more because it meant I was messing up. Now, I'm allowed to go over but I'd better work it off. It's only been like, two days but it seems like it's working for me. I don't want this to just be a diet, I want to find a new healthy lifestyle that works for me. And includes quesadillas, that's a must. Lol.
