Working on getting my weight back down after going off track while in Buffalo celebrating a birthday this past weekend. I didn't go that far off really in calories, just allowed a lot more carbs than usual with some birthday cake, ice cream, chips, and a beer. But it was enough, amazing how that makes me retain fluids, I was up 6 lbs a couple days ago. Weight was 215 lbs this morning, still up about 3 lbs from last weigh in.
My wife made an amazing Indian butter chicken last night. It was better than what we've gotten from a local restaurant, and theirs is very good. Made with lots of heavy cream and butter, but doing low carb so not a problem, I was down a pound this morning despite have a nice portion for dinner.
